One app, every device

Make and take business calls from the Teams app on your computer, mobile or tablet. Start a call at your desk and flip it to your phone as you walk out the door. Your business number follows you, your personal mobile number stays private.

Auto attendants & call queues

Greet callers with a menu, route them to the right team, and hold them in a queue with music until someone is free. Business hours, public holidays and after-hours behaviour are all handled automatically.

Voicemail you can read

Voicemails arrive in Teams and email with an automatic transcription, so a glance tells you who needs what. Presence does the rest: calls route around people who are already in a meeting.

Keep your numbers

Your existing business numbers port straight into Teams with no downtime. Callers notice nothing except that calls get answered better than before.

Handsets if you want them

Hardware-free is the point, but reception desks and meeting rooms sometimes want a physical phone. We supply Teams-certified Yealink handsets that sign straight into the same system.

Recording & reporting

Call recording and queue reporting are available for teams that need them, with recordings stored securely in your own Microsoft 365 environment, not with a third party.
